By downloading or using Etsh, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Etsh.

License

Etsh is provided as freeware for personal and commercial use. You may:

• Use Etsh on any number of devices you own
• Use Etsh for personal or commercial purposes
• Share the download link with others

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Etsh
• Redistribute Etsh as part of another product
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

No Warranty

Etsh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Etsh will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Etsh. This includes but is not limited to:

• Data loss
• System damage
• Lost profits
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your Responsibility

Etsh is a terminal emulator. Commands you run are your responsibility. Be careful with sudo, rm -rf, and other powerful commands.

Updates

We may release updates to Etsh. These terms apply to all versions unless we publish new terms.

Termination

You can stop using Etsh at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to discontinue Etsh at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Etsh after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
